At GSC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your GSC account and visit the order history section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garments are unworn and in original condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from our portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking number until your refund or exchange is processed.
